Why a Wellness Programme?

A series of treatments will help you to lock in the shifts to your health and sense of well-being. Each session will build upon the previous one and, combined with information about diet and movement, can help you to overcome many health challenges. Programmes are also recommended for those times of the year when you find it harder to cope – for example the fatigue of winter or the depletion in late summer. A Wellness programme consists of 5 treatments in 10 weeks and a Maintenance Programme is one treatment or more per month. Please contact Caroline for terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy

The Spirit of Touch confirms all appointments 24 hours prior to time. Missed appointments  incur 100% of the fee.
